75979 Hedwig — Fawkes looks superior to Hedwig by the end. Hedwig has semi-comical googley eyes, and Fawkes certainly stands out more on a shelf thanks to its colour scheme. Wings are constructed identically, but Fawkes' design is considerably more striking. Same size, same price, 30 fewer elements in Fawkes but more exciting minifigure.

76387 Hogwarts: Fluffy Encounter — The two are tough to compare. Fawkes is essentially a kinetic display model, while Fluffy Encounter is a playset that can add to an overall Hogwarts play or display experience.
