Hulkbuster Armor — Night and day difference. The Mark III is significantly better in every single regard - cheaper, better built, no stickers, superior minifigure, loved by fans rather than controversial. This redeems LEGO Marvel after the Hulkbuster failure.

Chewbacca (brick-built) — Both are among the best brick-built figurines in the LEGO portfolio, though Mark III is fully fleshed out with fewer complaints about the head design.

K2SO — K2SO (2025 Star Wars) is still more poseable and enjoyable if you're into Star Wars, but Mark III is superior for Marvel fans and has a more complete aesthetic design.

75398 C-3PO — Same 38cm height, manageable size on display with similar presence. Both are large-scale character display pieces.
