Modern LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon — The original is about half the piece count of the new one but surprisingly similar in overall visual presence when seen in person. The old version is taller and has a thicker cross-section. The original represents a completely different design philosophy using large specialized pieces, whereas the modern version uses different construction methods.

These dominate the exterior and are the same old gray color (changed to light bluish gray in 2003-2004). They're specialized pieces that had been used in other themes.
Canopy piece
A single large transparent piece used in other themes like Life on Mars. Has limited printing; mostly transparent brown/black, not very accurate to the Millennium Falcon.
