Experienced Ebay Sellers - Question about December

So I am trying desperately to actively "predict" december. I got ravaged (which is a good thing) half way through November and went on a massive spending spree. Wondering where I should slow down though. So anyone want to shed some light on about the increase in sales they see from: 1. Average to December 2. November to December I am not scared to carry stock over to January, but obviously i don't want to prepare for a 30% increase, and then sell less than November. Lol. Anyone got some good advice? All relative?
