What is the best way to sell a 15 pound lot of Lego with Droid Developer Kit included?

I bought this lot for 20$ at a Yard Sale and want to sell it on Ebay but I want to know what the most efficient way to sell them is. I roughly separated them by color but its not 100%. Should I separate the minifigs and sell them separately? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! Edit: There are definately more than 30 minifigures
