Postive Feedback but Negative Comments on ebay

A buyer left this feedback: Toys is new, but some box have bug. I don't know what kind of bug and why there was bug. or if there is bug at all. The toys are brand new sealed. I am a small ebay seller (with around 150 positive feedback). Even though this person gives me a positive feedback, but a negative comment. I am afraid it will affect future buyers to buy from me. What can I do about it?
