Yoyo.com. Late shipping or?..

I need an advice. Anybody been in the situation when Ontrac site shows "delivered" status but package is not actually delivered? The time they show there is about 5.30 pm, I was home that time and later, so that's a bull... :) I filed the report on yoyo.com and received a response, just as usual "check with family members" blah blah. I double checked all my yard and the shipping address on yoyo of course. I'll keep talking to them, but I'm not too optimistic about it to be honest. Well, I didn't lose much, just about $40 order. So. Any similar stories with yoyo? :) I'll post if any updates on my story.
