Wrong head in minifigure case!

I opened a case of series 17 and one of my workout girls has a different head! This is not a double face head either. I checked the head database and I don't even have any of these other mini gigs with this head. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3626cpb1778#T=C&C=3 has this happened to anyone else?
