I've been watching info on this figure carefully and just saw this in the newsfeed: http://www.thebrickfan.com/lego-marvel-super-heroes-iron-patriot-minifigure-already-on-ebay/ Does this look custom (not genuine) to anyone else? I am posed to buy a bunch of copies of the video game and get as many of these as possible. Do you guys think this game will be as hard to find once it's released like the LOTR game last year? My wife had to hit a handful of stores in Nov to find one for me for Christmas. If that's the case with this game I see this figure doing really well as it will only be a Preorder bonus from Walmart. Also I'm noticing Walmart says the game releases Dec 31st 2013 unlike all the other websites that say Oct 2013. Any insights?
