Medieval Market Village, How many to buy

I can get some Medieval Market Village sets for 79.99, how many would you get. A couple of things to consider from my position is that I can hold on to these for a couple of years--i.e. not looking to flip quickly and am fortunate to able to get several without eliminating my ability to diversify and buy other sets if other good deals come up. So, my fellow Brickpicker brethren, what say you?
