Where to find poly bags/ Monster Fighters EOL?

Hi guys, Being somewhat new to the investment side of legos. How are people getting there hands on the "poly bag" sets? Also, my sons January catalog for lego only shows the Haunted House for sale. Safe to think the rest of the Monster Fighters is going to go EOL?
