[NYC area] Selling Lego collection (~580 sets) for large discount

Selling large Lego collection, located at Morningside Heights near Columbia University. Many old sets (some sealed), but mostly sealed large and small sets retired within the last 5 years. Many rare promotional sets as well. ~90% of the collection is brand new sealed. Please see the attached file for a complete list of sets. Entire collection valued at ~$27k at MSRP and ~$38k at current market value. Want to clear space so intended for buyers who are willing to purchase a large portion of the collection (especially the large sets), and I will sell even with good discounts off MSRP. Also willing to sell at 30%+ discount off MSRP for buyers taking large amounts of small sets retired within the last 5 years.
