Drone for a Newbie

As the title states, I am looking to get a drone and curious if there are any BP'ers out there with experience. My main uses would be for pictures/videos around the house/property, at the lake(camp) and hiking/camping. Any insights, experience or brands to avoid would be much appreciated. There are a ton of options and am trying to avoid buying a pos. Looking for a beginning drone for around $150-$300. Here is the one I am currently looking at based on the specs and discount offered.
