US shop@home messed up tags?

Just received an e-mail from US shop@home to check "25+ new items on stock" - and what I dont see tagged as new: .. eg. 75879 Scuderia Ferrari SF16-H or 75877 Mercedes-AMG GT3 21132 The Jungle Temple (out of stock) 31045 Ocean Explorer (out of stock + retired in EU) .. and the list could go on and on.. anybody has some reasonable explanation as to why LEGO team over there is so lazy to remove totally inadequate tags?
