Trouble with my Kmart Shop your way account

Hi everyone, Whenever I try to attach a bonus coupon (for instance, 3,000 points when you spend $10) I can apply the coupon, but the points don't show up in my account. Has anyone encountered this and fixed it? Thanks! D
