Selling huge collection of sets and Bricklink store.(Northern California/Nevada)

I have a huge collection of sets as ell as a Bricklink store. The sell value of the sets is around 60k(Bricklink current inventory average) or 42.5k(Bricklink last 6 month sales) The sell value of the Bricklink store is 152k+(Bricklink current inventory) or 110k+(Bricklink last 6 month sales) The plus is because I have around 1k or more minifigs that I am not counting because they are not inventoried with my Bricklink store as they were listed on EBAY. The value of extra Lego is anywhere from 5k to 30k and if you buy the BL store it comes with 200+ stack on-s and many other sorting materials. I am looking for 30k OBO for the sets, 50k OBO for the BL store or 75k OBO for both. Looking for someone that can pick up from location(Reno NV near I-80 short drive from northern California) This store has not been touched in 1 year and almost everything was purchased more than 2 years ago so 95% of the sets are retired.
