For Sale: 173 Lego Sets (LOT sale prefer)

Hi all, I'd like to sell my lot of 173 lego sets. Iv been collecting since I joined brickpicker in 2014. Some of the sets I bought from others. All sets are new and some sets are still in the brown lego boxes (Big sets). I'd like to sell the whole lot instead of one by one if possible. Don't really have time to. My original goal was to give to my kids to sell when they grew up, but they don't seem to have any interest in selling besides opening them all now. I couldn't find where my old brickfolio was on this site so I took the lowest price from brick link site. To be honest, im not sure what I should be selling for the entire lot, but according to the lowest price per set on brick link, the entire lot is about $38,072.48.
