BrickLink/BrickOwl store for sale (maybe)

Hey all, Tired old story - when I started parting out and selling for real on BrickLink 4 years ago, I had no teenagers and the children had plenty of time to help pick/sort so it worked out well. 4 years later, all of us are too busy with the rest of life to manage parts orders. I closed my parts store back in early November to focus on Amazon sales and am considering simply selling out rather than re-opening. I implemented a minimum total order value about a year ago but even with that the number of orders became unmanageable for us (at least, given the level of customer service I expect from myself). All of my inventory is on both BrickOwl and BrickLink. My inventory (all new) currently contains about 66k pieces in 2900 lots. Top 4 themes I have parted out from are (in order) Star Wars, Castle, Super Heroes, and Hobbit/LOTR. All lots are sorted based on the sets they came out of, distributed between about 50 different bins. I have separated out large pieces, large plates, and windshield (to minimize scratching during sorting) into separate bins as well. There are roughly 400 instruction manuals as well as various sticker sheets and comic books which are sorted by theme (I can organize by set number if I sell them in bulk). I realize that for someone else to take this over would require a fair amount of work to figure out what is where as some bins contain multiple copies of multiple different sets (especially battle packs) which worked fine for us since we knew what was where but won't be as easy for someone else. I will take that into consideration when considering offers. I will say, we very rarely are unable to locate all the pieces in an order. About 1 out of every 5000 pieces that we process is missing and I have a stock of pieces that aren't in inventory to draw from (which may or may not be included, depending on the sort of offer I might receive). I'd prefer to sell the whole inventory to one person. Minifigs may or may not be included depending on the offer. Local pickup would be preferable as shipping all of this would be horribly expensive, but we can negotiate that as well.
