Instructions should be in good condition (or better ). 100% complete is required. Unused stickers would be nice but not required as long as the UCS plaque is applied nicely and in great shape. Including the retail box would also be nice but not required. I plan to display this set. -------------------------- i have some desirable sets (all NISB unless noted & multiples of each set) to trade such as both POTC ships, Town Hall, Haunted House (used w/ box & new) , used 10181 Eiffel Tower, used Fire Brigade, Sea Cow (new, opened box), UCS X-Wing, UCS R2, UCS Batmobile 1 (used w/ box) , HP Diagon Alley, HP Hogwarts Train, Emerald Night (new / opened box & used), all LOTR / Hobbit, The Zombies, all Winter Sets and more. i also have some new toys like Transformers G1 Dirge (1985), Exclusive Previews Sandcrawler from the early 2000s, 2 Combiner Wars Devastator in the sealed case.
