H: Cafe Corner W: Other cool stuff

I have a Cafe Corner up for trade. I'd like to turn this set into 2 or more sets for my own display collection. BL values this set used and complete at about $750. I'm open to new or used (as long as they're complete (like actual complete, not CL "I'm pretty sure it's complete (except for those two expensive minifigs and 19 other pieces" complete). I generally use the last 6 months sales with the exclude incomplete checked to value sets. I also have a 5526 Skyline (I haven't confirmed completeness yet, it's in about 9 big chunks and I'm a little paranoid to disassemble it) that I would add to get more sets.
