Found this on a site for $100 is it worth it?

Hey Guys, Found this on a site and is priced at $100. the bin is 50cmx100cmx17cm or 20inx42inx6.5in. No mention of weight.. all figures are included but not all books are present. also Seller said no guarantee all pieces for each set is present. they also said 100% lego which probably means 95% What do you guys think is it worth it? This is my first possible bulk lego purchase so i have no idea. Thanks in advance
