Is this a good deal (trade or sell a Horizon express)?

Hello to all I have a brand new Horizon Express set. I have received to proposals of trade, one is to trade to a old Batcave set (used but complete) the other a viking boat (7018) new but with box in bad shape. What are your though about this. My main intent was to sell, but if the other sets are more searched then the trade is a good deal. BTW - If anyone wants the Horizon, just let me know. :)
