Need some advice on a Kijiji (CL in Canada) Star Wars lot

Just spot a Lot on my local Kijiji, an guy claims himself as adult collector and have following sets in this lot: 9492 9493 9496 75003 75002 7962 9499 7965 He wants 250 CAD but after negotiation agrees to let it go for 200 CAD. The problem is, although the seller claims all sets are complete but adds that minifigures are not complete. From photos he provides seems all sets are missing figures: 9492 --- only pilot is seen 9493 --- only Luke and R2-D2 are seen 9496 -- no Boba Fett and Luke 75003 -- only A-wing pilot is seen 75002 -- no Yoda 7962 -- seems only Anakin himself? 9499 -- seems no Queen Amidala 7965 -- don't know Also not sure if there are other missing pieces. Any idea? Thanks
