Damaged GE Boxes

I ordered some GE's (Grand Emporiums) from Lego LEGO Shop at Home and two of the three came in damaged. I was curious of the thoughts on asking LEGO Shop at Home for two new ones, or just sitting on them as this set is on its way to EOL? I normally try to get and keep my boxes in mint, or as close to mint as possible.
