Bulk Lego Lot (Garage Sale)

Hello everyone, There will be a garage sale tomorrow and the advertisement lists there there will be "lots of Lego". I emailed the advertiser asking for pics and below is what he sent me. He says he found 2 instruction manuals for a 'Technic' car and 1 for a plane (I am presuming a "City" plane). There may be others but he can't be sure. I am quite new to Lego, so I can't really tell the type of sets in the lot by just looking at the pieces. Would you guys be able to identify anything good just from these pics? We haven't discussed cost yet. Thank you! Bruce
