Environmental friendly LEGO Boxes?! no Polybags anymore? What can be expected?

As recently by LEGO stated they will introduce environmental friendly boxes and dispense disposable plastic packaging... So whats that gonna be? Is every LEGO Set from now to 2025 a collectible and by 2025 we talk about the good old times when Lego wasn´t packed by something that can fertilize your plants...?
