Help! NEW any advice on selling. Found Elves set 41179

I have a Elves set # 41179 Queen dragons rescue set I found in my wife's garage. She bought and just put it on a shelf stacked with other not opened boxes she was going to gift them. She peeled discount sticker off slightly damaging the cardboard and small pen hole in box. But still factory sealed. I want to sell because it got my adrenaline up and found my new favorite hobby. I have bought 6 sets then but I want to experience a sale. Does box condition decrease price by alot it it's sealed? Also what's best way to sell for most profit?
