the next Town Hall and thanks

When I joined this site a few years back I recall asking a general question about what sets are good to invest in starting out. I was advised to buy: MF HH, Creator Modular, LOTR, VW Camper, Tumbler and Star Wars to name a few. I didn't sell Star Wars as I want to keep them and have yet to part with LOTR but the advice paid off and the sets did from well to pretty well on profits. Firstly thank you to all on here who give such good advice. I'm not a big seller, just 15 large sets So, if I were to ask the same question now in 2021 what would you advise. What is the next Town Hall (though I foolishly didn't buy that one ? ) . . .
