Major delays with Royal Mail

Is anyone else experiencing major delays with Royal mail in the UK? I understand certain delays on posting due to the current circumstances but I'm finding 1st class parcels taking a week if not more to arrive. I'm getting complaints all over the place because of it. Really frustrating atm.
