Buying Retail(#10270): When is it worth it? My quick thoughts on "Book Shop"

Not sure if this has been discussed already but I'm trying to determine whether or not a set would be worth buying for part out at retail buy in. Why I think Book Shop 10270 is worth a retail buy in Exclusive run Creator series and modular buildings w minifigs should be in high demand There's a back order already - proven demand So would you bet with a 179 retail price tag and a potential 422.21 part out? Why our why not?
