Bulk Minifig Prices?

Hi, I generally stick to sealed sets, but am thinking of branching out a bit into loose/bulk LEGO lots and/or Minifigs. I found someone who is selling this locally. What would be a good price with no additional information than the post (see below)? I don't currently have a BrickLink store, but could start one if necessary. My current plan would be to sell through my existing ebay store since I'm already well established on there. Quote I have roughly 250 LEGO Minifigures and a bunch of accessories. Some of these figures sell for $10-$20 a piece and others sell for $1-$5. A lot of Ninjago and Chima and City. There's not much info there, I know. So, that's why I'm kind of generically asking for how much you pay for bulk Minifigs when looking to resell them. Thanks!
