2016 Retired Sets - Performance / Appreciation ($)

Hey everyone, So the past few weeks I have been working on retirement analysis for 2016 sets and how the've performed starting January of this year. (So yes that means a set that retired in January of 2016 technically has already been retired for a year). I got the idea from @Val-E and he was a huge help. This one is in US dollars though. Anyways, attached is a PDF of my spreadsheet so you all can see the data (I won't be posting the spreadsheet as it took a lot of time). If you want to take the time to copy and paste the text, be my guest lol. It has each month's average sales for Bricklink and BrickPicker for each set (Jan-June). Then the far right columns show the most recent month's appreciation % (from Bricklink and Brickpicker) as well as an overall appreciation average for Bricklink and BrickPicker (from Jan - June). It is color coded, red is below MSRP, green is above. It is currently sorted by theme and then top BrickPicker average appreciation. That in my opinion gives the best idea of a sets success, but pretty much all green are winners ? Maybe new members will be as shocked as I am with seeing SO much red. However, some sets stand out. Maybe this was a waste of time, but I am happy with it. Helped me learn about last years sets and such and reinforced a lot of the theories on here.
