Dodgy UCS Listings on Ebay UK

I'm always on the lookout for more Star Wars UCS sets to add to my collection and noticed a trend recently that I wouldn't want a fellow bp'er to fall foul of. I will say I don't have any proof that this is definite fraud but i don't believe in huge coincedences. See this listing http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152306114538 Now in the past 2 months I've seen 3 highly sought after UCS sets (10030,10179,10134) all advertised as low start auctions. The problem is all 3 have shown up in different locations in the furthest reaches of Scotland and specifying collection only. On each occasion the user has had a score between 10-25 and they always have one other item for sale, a brand new high end Apple product that is also collection only. I believe the intention is to get users to message them begging them to post the items because they are so remote. At which point they offer to do so and agree a great price if it can be done outside of eBay. i just hope no one has fallen for this. As I say, I can't prove it and there seems to be no way to make ebay aware of my suspicions to at least investigate but unless the very far reaches of Scotland are known as prime locations for UCS collectors who also like to sell brand new phones/tablets it smells pretty fishy. Buyers beware.
