Lego Buy, Sell, Trade on FB?

Just out of curiosity, is there a FB group dedicated to buying, selling, and trading Lego? I would think this would cut down on reseller fees or is the issue that there is too much risk involved with transactions that occur on FB? Sorry, if this is in the wrong section or has been asked before.
