So,.. what's next? Retiring season ending

So had the retiring seasons end, I was wondering what I should buy next? I am a collectionner/AFOL/investor/i search for deals(use and new) to quick flip for buying exclusif at lower price. I am doing this for a year now, or so, because we bough lego to my son. And than bing, started to collect them like candy. I am not the kind of investor who will have 50 of each. But for exemple when i am a 3 of the same exclusif I am happy with it. (damn i am not rich but I can afford lego) and I really like to collect them. Only one of a set that is cool... I feel like missing the boat, and for future swap/sale( for me to get holder brand new stuff) thing evolves etc. Where would you be putting your money now? Simpsons house? opera? EV? I don't have many of the available exclusif, since I put alot on money in this, I purchsed stuff like 10240 tumblers SC etc... now that I feel uptodate. What's next? LOL My plan is to rotate them each week: planing to call 1-2 each week. Simpsons house, sydney opera, EV, pet shop, palace cinema, and i'll repeat it till 2-3 of each. but i don't know what to think about modular, I sometimes have the feeling will have a suprise like Detective office going out. I mean could be palace cinema to.. Has a collector, I /!"$/" want them all. But just don't want to miss anything.
