Corruption in the eBay Marketplace?

I believe there are number of fake listings that are meant to inflate the prices of retired sets. People use the Sold listings option to figure how to price there sets. They see these fake listings that sold for a lot more than average, so they price their own sets higher than average. Note on this one, the top item had $20 shipping making the total price $140. How does one sell for $180 and then two hours later, another sells for $140? There are other sets with a high amount of variance between the prices the sets sold for and its not due to people low balling each other since the ones that sell for less were auctions.
