Vendor at Lego Convention- seeking advice

Heading to Bricks By The Bay in Santa Clara, CA next week. First time as a vendor. Selling mostly retired sets, but wondering what is a good guide to use when establishing the sale price of new/unopened sets. Are Brickpicker prices reasonable asking prices? Amazon seems high. I realize there are many variables (i.e. how long retired, which set/popularity, condition of box, theme, how desperate am I to sell, etc...) Apologize in advance if this is a stupid question. Just want fair prices, but want to sell something (so I can reinvest). Some sets I'm looking to sell: - Ultimate Batmobile (7784) - Vader's Tie Advanced (10175) - Hogwarts Castle (4842) - Spinosaurus Attack Studio (1371) - Batwing- Joker's Aerial Assault (7782) Any advice would be appreciated.
