Raise.com info needed

I signed up with Raise maybe a month ago, and have made probably 15 purchases - both for Lego and my grocery runs. When I signed up, I was kind of surprised to have them call me and I had to answer a bunch of questions about my background - vehicles I owned, places I lived in the past, etc. Almost like a credit check but not quite. All that for a few online credit card purchases - really nothing out of the ordinary. After I'd purchased maybe 5-8 cards, they sent me an email saying they needed a photo of the front and back of my drivers license. I replied back that no, I wouldn't be emailing them this, they had enough info on me already (see above). Since then I'd bought another half dozen cards or so. Last night I bought a TRU card, received it immediately, and used it. Then still in the store I bought another. Then I got an email saying they need my drivers license image sent to them. Again, I replied no, and left the store. I still don't have the 2nd card I bought last night. Anybody else have this experience? Things seem to be going along just fine, then they want drivers license photos. Seems like a bit too much for me - I've been shopping online for years and never had to email photos of my DL before. They want two photos of front and back, one at 90 degrees and one at 45 degrees. I should also mention - and this might be coincidence - that my Amazon.com Visa card, which I've only had for about 6 weeks, got hacked and used elsewhere online. I've never before had that happen, and this is the card that Raise.com has on file for my purchases. Again, could be coincidence. Anything fishy going on in your experience with Raise?
