Not a reseller just a collector that collects like an investor if that makes sense. Good deal, nice box, nice ROI etc is what i look for before buying. Just trying to learn more on this terrific site and the answers will help. I will use 75052, mos eisley cantina as the example. Before i buy i head to brickpicker to research and 75052 has a new value of $48 and a negative 32 percent CAGR. I see its on sale at target for $54 but why would i get it with such a bad CAGR? Will it eventually go back up in value when it retires or am i putting too much emphasis on just the CAGR? I like the set but that CAGR scares me off and i am wondering if i am not looking at this incorrectly. Thanks in advance for any help
