"Mostly new" set?

Hey there. So today I purchased a Menevolence set on Craigslist that had been opened and the first pack opened and partially built. I bought it for 70 dollars "used" and intended to build it and then sell it as used down the road. My question is...is there any additional value to a set that has only been partly opened. In my mind the factory seal is broken and therefore is as good as used, but I thought I would get some other opinions. Thanks!
