21108, 79012 Craigslist buy?

This would be my first real investment purchase. I started selling minifigs about a month ago with the Guardians of the Galaxy set (Rocket Raccoon and Groot). What would you pay for 5 - 21108 and 4 - 79012? From everything I read on here it seems like 79012 seems like a decent by for down the road. 21108 might be only limited to this year since it says celebrating 30 years, but piecing it out now makes some money but more work. Seller is by my office, so cost to pick them up would be nothing. He's asking $305 OBO.
