Will start this just in case. The intent is to keep track of the sets production runs that are known to have issues (missing bags, missing pieces, etc) Not sure how many there are besides these known cases: 10211 Grand Emprium - missing bag - 01S1 ( reference ) 10197 Fire Brigade - missing bag - 39R1 ( reference )
