Advice on selling minifigs

Hello, I have a question on how other investors sell sealed minifigures. I recently purchased a box (60 count) of series 6 minifigures. What would be the best way to sell them? Hold on to the entire box and sell it later? Open packs and sell individually? Keep sealed and sell 10 at a time? These are just a couple of ideas I've had. What is the best way to make money on something like this? Thanks
