Hi Everyone, When I collect sets to keep (not to resell later), I love to collect a whole line - LOTR, Lone Ranger (don't punish me for this one), Star Wars (though I have given up on owning all of the force sets). Anyways I love the Lego Movie Sets, which I don't have many of yet, so I acquired this Lego Movie Promotional Press Tin. You know the one on eBay that has sold from $300 to $2,500. I am looking for insight on opinions. If you wanted to collect the whole Lego Movie Set for personal long term use, would you consider that you need to have this in your collection to have a complete collation, OR would you sell the set at the right timing for $300 to $1,500. I am optimistic that in time I could get $1,000 judging by one that is for sale for $1,500 that has had 3 offers so far. What would you do - keep it and it will go higher in long term value, keep it because I love it, OR sell it and get the money to by the rest of the Lego Movie line if your able to (or to buy more SSD's, GE's and Death Stars for long term gains). One last question - in the theme of trying to own the whole line - Lego Movie or LOTR, I also have a Lego SDCC Azog. Which of the Lego Movie Press Tin and the Lego SDCC Azog would you keep over the other one and why? I am conflicted between buying for personal sets, and flipping for other personal sets and flipping for reselling. So many sets, so little money! What are your thoughts?
