Opportunity costs??

Hi all Noob investor, but long time forum browser. I just have a quick question to those senior investors. Sorry if this has been covered before On your end of year sales do you include opportunity costs with your yearly profit. In economics opportunity cost is the cost of doing something else with ones money and space. What I'm interested in is if I fill a room full of lego my opportunity cost would be the cost of maybe not renting out that room. Do you guys subtract this amount from your year end sales? This seems like something that would reduce ones total profit...... Thanks in advance
