What's your biggest fear with your Lego investment/collection?

After spending lots of Capital & Time accumulating all these Lego sets, I'm starting to get a little paranoid about what can go wrong with my Investments/Collection. I have 3 fears that keeps flashing across my mind every once in awhile. (from least to most) 1.) The Lego market just crashes . The TB will be only worth $350 after 4 years of holding or worst, its @ msrp and I have to eat the shipping and listing fees. I'm confident it won't but you just never know! 2.) Living in Florida we get Major Hurricanes every once in awhile and we haven't had a big one since Wilma in 2005. We are due. I'm currently working on a plan to protect them when the time comes. It requires some quick work but it can be done within a few hours.. The problem here is my own selfish gratification, I have them all in a large room stacked by sets, its beautiful. It looks like a Lego store. Emazer always suggest to box them up in those brown boxes (boxed them up before you crack!), but this to me takes away the beauty of it. I see them as 24k gold bars. I love looking at the artwork! 3.) Someone breaks in and steals them.........ALL! I hate this thought the most. I see some stockroom pics and other pics that you guy post, aren't you scare someone will find out where you live or where you stored them? My wife haven't even seen my collection yet. However, she know how much I have due to the credit cards statements. I have to tell my kids that I buy them and sells them right away so that they don't think I have it stored somewhere. I haven't even try to contact my insurance agent in fear that she knows. This is where boxing them up in brown cartons is a good idea for me, I have them in a large warehouse where I have other merchandise that I can blend in so unless its an inside job. me stealing from me, no thieves would know what those brown boxes are. *unless they understand Lego language.......HH TB DS HD VC GE FB Am I being a little bit paranoid or just watching too much investigative TV lately?
