Site data updates

Hello All, Just wondering exactly when the site data is updated for each set. For example, set 9396, technic helicopter has been listed as 109.25 in the site's data base for well over a month now. A set that I own, and am anticipating data regarding month by motnh growth, set 10197, Fire Brigade as been listed as 218.93 for also sell over a month. When are sets updated? A three month period? 6 month? It certainly is not every month, at least not for every set. Trevor
