Which of These Deals Should I Invest in, if Any?

These are some deals from Amazon that I am thinking of taking advantage of. The sets may or may not do well, and I need to know which ones are good ones to get money from in the future. I will list all of them below and place my prediction next to it, and tell me if I am right or wrong in my thinking please. 1. 76003 Superman: Battle of Smallville, $32.49 - Bad. There isn't anything too interesting. Superman and Zod are in every set. The soldier isn't too impressive. Zod's soldiers and the ship are only slightly appealing IMO. But will it gain value over a few years anyway to the point it makes you some good money? I'm patient...enough. 2. 60007 High Speed Chase, $20.99 - Okay. City sets with good vehicles do alright, and Chase McCain makes it a bit more special. However, there are hundreds of City sets to the point where you might as well just wait for a new one. That's my thinking, anyways. 3. 60018 Cement Mixer, $15.99 - Good. We haven't seen many City Construction sets for a while, which might mean that new ones will be coming out. But it's a good vehicle with good pieces. I could easily see $40 in about three years. 4. 21103 The DeLorean Time Machine, $27.98 - Great. This is a great Cuusoo vehicle, and it will surely be coveted by AFOLs for years to come. It already averages about $45 on eBay. I could see a $60 return in two years. 5. 75015 Corporate Alliance Tank Droid, $16.46 - Okay. The best part about this is exclusive Jango Fett minifigure. The rest makes it only worth $10. I don't see the value for this set going over $30 within even a year of retirement. 6. 76004 Spider-Man: Spider Cycle Chase, $14.73 - Good. The minifigs obviously sell the set, but the vehicles are well designed and incorporate good colors. Nick Fury is still exclusive to this set. Spider-Man and Venom are both in a Juniors set, but once these both are gone from shop.lego.com, I could estimate it going for $50 by 2016. 7. 76007 Iron Man: Malibu Mansion Attack, $29.46 - Okay. This is overall an okay set. If it didn't come with Pepper or Tony Stark, this set would be almost worthless, IMO. There are two stands for the two previous Iron Man suits in the Avengers sets, Mark VI and Mark VII. The helicopter is nice, I suppose. But generally, I don't think lots of people will flock after this set. Maybe in a few years, we could see it going for $70 MISB. So, are those good observations or not? Will some sets go for more than I possibly projected? Please let me know.
