LEGO 4842 sell now or wait?

Hi everyone, Was able to purchase the Hogwarts Castle on Walmart over the weekend. Found it at the back of the clearance aisle for 89 USD. Box was in bad shape, the seals looked like they were taped over, but decided to risk it. Got back home and decided to go ahead and open it, to check if it was still intact. Pleasantly surprised to find out everything was in there. Manuals were folded a bit, also the stickers. But the bags hadn't been opened. What I'm wondering is whether I should go ahead and sell this now, or hold on to it and wait a bit longer. I wish it was in better condition, but it's basically new, with a really damaged box. Thank you!
