How to Structure Purchase and Where From?

Hey folks I am looking at putting together some exclusive purchases. As far as I can tell my only two tax free choices are Lego LEGO Shop at Home and Amazon. I have two other people I can order through for LEGO Shop at Home. I am looking at placing the following order in the next 2 weeks and would like input on structuring to minimize any one account being banned or flagged. Please also consider the use of VIP points within the scope of the order. I would like to over the next month and half effectuate this order twice. Also is anyone aware of Double VIP on the horizon that would justify putting this order off?
